    He's going to say no. Loss of prestige of owning charlton is unquantifiable, and doesnt trust ESI1 to pay any damages later

    Surely it makes sense that the trial is just to determine which set of crooked c***s get the money and the takeover can go through in the meantime. 

    Save the club, satisfy Lex Domino that they can get some dough which is all they want

    He fucked us up because he didn't indicate any consequences regarding what the EFL could do and the threat to the club. In fact he seemed to hint the opposite. The Judge referred to this as giving doubt the club would suffer.

    I think the judge is saying that PE might not want to sell it and would lose the opportunity to run the club if they sold it before the trial

    Surely our his legal side review and submit the evidence though and would pick that up?


    EDIT changed "our" to "his" as this is one shoddy ownership vs another rather than us v Elliot (even though of course we favour the former getting a result).

    Yep Mihail’s inaccuracies in his witness statement(s) seem to be a very compelling consideration for the judge.
