    That's her job. To make sure the evidence aligns with her arguments, and that's why she apologised.

    Mihail has been a liability with conflicting statements. In one statement he has said the club is Elliot's. In another statement he says it isn't. Throughout the afternoon both lawyers have had to issue caveats when using any of Mihail's evidence as it has been shown to be untrustworthy. That said, Nimer has done a bunk and contributed absolutely nothing.

    I presume because it shows him as a poor witness to the judge. Although i find it strange why his 18-page statement didn't rely heavily on the facts that Farnell and Elliott have had countless dodgy deals between them in the past few years.

    If the supporters trust board member hadn’t defended this application who would have? Why doesn’t Nimer have his own lawyer dealing with it if he is the clubs owner?

    This match thread isn't a patch on @ross1 ones.  Can't tell who's reporting from the court, and who's just sharing their opinion on what may/may not be happening.

    Thanks.  Hadn't picked up on it.   Yes, he is in there to protect Nimer's interests and that only regardless of whether it affects the club negatively or not, the club is not his priority.

    Is good to be mindful of that when judging his social media act.

    Should be a speedy trial of the issues. Judge says fans will be appalled to hear their club described as a commercial asset. However interests of the club cannot be ignored. Court must have regards to the wider picture.

    If this goes against us in some form it will be a massive test of TS's resolve in sticking with us because we need a miracle and jesus is not on the subs bench!
