If the judge said he and Elliott's QC was not available tomorrow so the case had to finish today, how come they are continuing tomorrow to sort out costs or is it just between lawyers and PM and Elliott?
They later clarified that they weren't available tomorrow morning. They'll be reconvening tomorrow afternoon.
I think we can thank the judge as well as Lauren. He stated he didn't trust MMs evidence but came to the conclusion of the risk to the club from reading the EFL rules and consequences. No thanks here to ESI 1 or the EFL. At least we can be shot of both sets of crooks and hope they drain each other of much money fighting over the proceeds of the sale.

MM's statement sounded like it played down prospects for TS to buy - even the judge lamented lack of evidence to support case. Suspicious about this, has MM got a preferred buyer hovering around?

Just told my 6 year old daughter about her and said that's a role model.
I said I think she is even younger than mummy to which my wife replied "Oh well why don't you just go and marry her then!"
