Would argue if we've got more quality or if its just that Swindon care even less about this competition
Lapslie and Barker are my standouts for the half!! - Vennings isnt doing too badly either

For a first division team, we are playing some really good football. Even if LB can't add to this squad, there's more than enough here to ensure we are competitive this coming season. Add some players to the squad and we must be pushing for the top six.
Only problem I can see is a lack of goals. Again. Can only hope Aneke, Gilbey & Washington can provide some.
Oztumer can be a key player for us if he gets a fair crack of the whip.
Finally, let's not go overboard about young Barker but in Tuesdays game against Wimbledon and today, he hasn't put a foot wrong and seems so comfortable - in fact a lot more assured than Oshilaja. He certainly won't let us down if he starts the season.9 -

Its not going to be a bad thing if we win provided that the takeover happens
Whoever we'd face in the Second, potentially Third Round will be good chances for Bowyer to assess any new signings without the result caring so much1 -
Barker is the son of former assistant Richie Barker, was it his father who brought him to us? It's not as if Richie was with us for a long time, he was only here for 6 months3
