FFS.
Yes now is the time to scream and swear.
As Thomas Sandgaard said he wouldn't be blackmailed, things look bleak.
Whenever you think Charlton have reached their nadir, there is further to fall.
Yes it was the fucking hope that kills you.

Convinced this was all conceived by Farnell the moment he knew Nimer weren't the sharpest and wanted to sell.14

It doesn't need me to tell you that by the time this case goes to court the transfer window is gone. And there are no indications yet how ESI would fund the club beyond the end of this month without someone else taking control.2

EFL will now sit on their hands for weeks while their lawyers get a handle on what’s just happened. Nothing will happen now until next year. Can we survive that long ? I doubt it and I think Elliot knows it too. He will hang in there now and hope for TS to give him a few million. If TS doesn’t which I can’t see then admin looms quite quickly I fear.2

If this doesn't get resolved somehow - and very quickly - the player deals Charlton have lined up are gone. There were four ready to go, in terms of incomings. But that pales into insignificance if club goes into administration.1

I’m just lost for words... if there is a ‘rabbit in a hat’ then why couldn’t it be pulled before today.
if we genuinely go under... the safety of all these people Is in serious doubt... people more obsessed than me will do something stupid

People saying TS has something up his sleeve , any idea what month he is going to pull it out?0

Utterly predictable. Could only ever happen to us.
If TS wasn't worried in the slightest at this outcome becoming the reality, I hope he's got his ace ready to play...1 -

I've got to say that this mess all started back in January. ESI did a deal for the football club - and Roland let them have it - fully understanding they had no agreement from the EFL. And the EFL were absolutely right to put those blocks in place.7

If this happens I believe Bowyer will walk.
Sandgaard is now our only hope.0 -

For those that chat in private to MM, I’d like an explanation as to why his statement/evidence used today was so poor, and left LK with hardly anything physical to use in her defence.I understand if there’s an NDA applied to TS takeover, but there must have been something physical that MM could have prepared to win the case.2

Does this mean PE has to pump in some more cash ASAP to keep the business going ?0

Crooks v Crooks - Crooks won. Come on TS and RD, show us that loophole and take this away from the low life scum. PM deserve nothing, LD deserve nothing.3
