Think this is the person that was trying to open a micro pub on the old Rochester way club development but couldn’t get around some residents objections. If successful, could be one for the ale enthusiasts on a match day.

Ah, so the brewery opening the pub at the old Barclays at the Standard are the same folk who were trying to open the pub on the Rochester Way but that’s now fallen through?

I suspect we're going to see a lot of pubs closing in the next few months. I saw a message today that The Railway Hotel in Southend won't be re-opening. I know it's a but far out for most people on here, but it's noteworthy for having the best pub sign ever:
Really like the sound of this. Nice to see more and more things opening up in this part of Greenwich what with Enderby House opening tomorrow and River Gardens cafe opening last year.
The Lord Herbert on Herbert Road is showing signs of re-opening. Signs pointing to a beer garden but the door is opening yet. May 17th may be day.
The accommodation above the pub has been turned into flats.
The beer garden is definitely open... i know this as have been in a few times. I think it doesn't open till about 2ish? The new landlord has spruced it up and nice to see a bit of life in the place.
Great Harry at Bexleyheath / Belvedere up for sale
Blimey, not only drank in The Harry for years plus played in and ran the pool team. But was also Asst Manager too! Many a good time gad and story to be told from them days
