Jack Payne would be the kind of signing I'd be happy enough with if we were looking at being an established League One side.
If we are looking for players who can push on and develop in a hypothetical Championship side, I'm less convinced.
It does depend on what strategies Jackson and Sandgaard are putting in place and how they view this season - still a chance to grab the play offs or write it off and start rebuilding (again) now?3 -
