He is clearly mentally ill and deserves our pity. Hopefully he will get the treatment he needs.2

Following further evaluation this morning, The Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision.
The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral.

That photo with the queen greeting Liz Truss, you couldn’t help noticing the colour of Her Majesty’s hand. Bless her.0

prepping the nation I think - otherwise why release such a statement, bless her she did look really frail in the last pic of her.

A friend of mine used to work in the comms team at Kensington Palace. He reckons that she really wont have long left if that message has gone out - in that they wont release a message like that unless she is very poorly.
How anyone can knock her when she is still working (eg meeting Liz Truss) when most people on here would be lying in a hospital or care home is anyones guess.15 -

Not a swipe at Truss (for a change) but someone else should be capable of doing that.0 -

Doesn't sound good.2 -
Prince Charles has travelled to Balmoral.
The Duchess of Cornwall has also travelled there and the Duke of Cambridge is on his way.
Yeah I think it's really concerning for them all to be travelling up there so quickly.

aside from our majesty she is also a mother and a grandmother.
of course if a relation is unwell you all go and see them, i do think that its got to be very serious for them to release a statement like this is must of been a lonely year and a bit for her without philip.7 -

Just heard on the radio.
Sounds very serious for such a statement and for the family to travel.0 -

"But from last night’s last-minute cancellation of what would only have been a virtual meeting of the privy council, there is no mistaking the fragility of the Queen’s health."
Seems like more than just talk about the 'rest' that we used to get over the previous year or so.2 -

some of the comments on here are in bad taste i think its not a football match it will be the biggest event of many peoples lives, and i for one think it will be a real shame we have a monarch like no where else in the world10

Bless her heart.5 -
I’m am not a royalist by any stretch of the imagination, but as others have said, on a human level, hope she is comfortable and pain-free, and she has undoubtedly served this country with distinction. A sad day.7

It all sounds rather ominous. I remember when my gran was passing a few years ago, it all becomes a bit of a blur although i can vividly remember the mad dash for the close family to get to the bedside.
I hope she is as comfortable as possible.. at least she is in a place that she loves.
