    I wonder whether questions need to be asked of the nutrition/conditioning coaches at LA. For a large portion of last night we actually looked like the defense the experts predicted we would be preseason. Then we lose another two linemen to injury, Gerald Everett goes out. The sheer number of injuries is not normal. 

    Now we get to play the Chiefs in prime time with pretty much rookies and practice squad offense. Nice.

    Oh I know. Not quibbling the result. The fact we had just THREE defensive lineman available that had to play every snap from midway on the 3rd quarter. There was only going to be one result. It’s just so so frustrating. Normally I would say yeah them’s the breaks but the number of injuries makes me question how we are training/conditioning. 

    Edit: also Lombardi needs to go. Running a jet sweep to Nick bosa’s side on a critical down when we have a rookie playing his first ever game on that side. Dumb. As. Fuck.

    Seen this script too many times in prime time against the chiefs recently. Watch Lombardi go ultra conservative in the second half and leave us a hole to get out of late in the 4th.

    Yes we did, absolutely lost our shit when he broke through the ranks, made up for the 3 hours worth of watching our O Line completely crumble every other play

    Quality win by the Chiefs over the Chargers. Herbert is a good quarterback but Mahomes is on course to be a great (in the way that Marino is).

    Letting the offense convert that many 3rd downs on a drive is criminal. Gonna be a close game, that Giants field goal at the end of the 1st half could prove crucial.
