    Well this is dreadful
    Basically a youth game now.
Apart from the first teamers yes

     Hence 'Basically'
Yes playing very basically, basically shite 😬
You’re a ray of fucking sunshine aren’t you!

Whilst it would have been nice to progress in the cup we just don’t have the squad, or enough fit first teamers, to have a go at this so we’ve played the youngsters and it’s been men against boys for large periods BUT the players will all have learned a bit tonight.

Imagine we use important first teamers and one gets injured... The backlash would be unreal.
Do we have any 'important' first teamers?
Yes, they are all in the medical room 😥

Now Chins at it too. Stop these half arsed passes lads.

Erk, underhit pass from Chin means Plymouth nip in to intercept, Harness does well to distract the forward who can't keep it in.

Great run down the left from Payne, but he overhits his cross when Kanu was in a good position in the 6 yard box.

Great bit of interplay between Payne, Campbell, Chin and back to Payne.

Payne then has an awful cross.
  • Shit effort by Payne. Is there any point in putting balls into the box? Nobody ever attacks a cross, always a green shirt kicking or heading it away. Every time.

Not sure if this is unpopular but Jack Payne really isn’t as good as he thinks he is.  He is too slow to pass and gets tackled too often as a result of it or he shoots when others are in better positions.

Chin constantly out of position the last 10-15.

Plymouth down our right, Mitchell heads the cross up in the air but does well to recover, Harness collects the ball near the near post

    Another Garnerball goal 3-1
How is it “Garnerball” when the midfielder has a bad first touch?
    it’s just a fuck up
Because there's no way he should've been given the ball there and I'm sure Harness wouldn't have done unless being told to pass out.
I agree it was a hospital ball into him and I don’t much like the fucking around at the back but it’s how we (and everyone else) play now.  So they need to do it, occasionally make the error and try not to replicate it.

unfortunately some people will lambast the players but they are learning their craft - mistakes are inevitable
But they may have the players for that system we don’t & we are absolutely crap at it…Garnerball for us has been like slow puncture & it ain’t at anytime looking like it’s going to be fixed…we will be lounging around bottom off table before long & out of cups…then mistakes have cost us enough already…

Charlton down our right, cross in to Kanu but he can't get decent purchase on the header and it's cleared for our throw.
  • Assimwe has been a pleasant surprise

I think our final ball could be less shit tbh

Payne and Campbell both guilty now of making poor decisions or a poor pass.  It’s not enough to “put it in the mixer” - we should pick a pass better than we do.

We get the ball into the box, Kanu has the ball in a crowd and facing the wrong way so has to pass it back to the edge of the area, and the moment is lost.

Campbell down the left, has a shot but claimed nicely by the keeper.

Morgan looking tired now... He's put in some yards tonight.

Great bit of work by Campbell to send Chin away down the left, gets in to the box and has a curly shot which bounces past the far post.

Campbell and Chin working well together Chin has a decent cut in and shot. Just turned a bit too far wide.

You mean at left back rather than at right back.

Morgan sends the ball forward towards Payne but the Plymouth keeper comes up to the edge of the area to collect.

Karoy Anderson with a great run onto an Asiimwe ball forward, slots home.

Great long ball from Asiimwe, Anderson cuts back on the edge of the area and finishes coolly.

It would be just like us to equalise now, then lose on penalties.
