    got a feeling some won't turn up in post on time, think they should have got last lot sold sooner. This is where priority doesn't work so well.

    Just spoke to the ticket office. For those of us who can't collect tickets or for those that they do not arrive in the post in time, send an email to tickets@cafc.co.uk with details and they will take them up to OT. They can then be collected from a Charlton representative at a time to be arranged.

    The priority system has worked perfectly well, however there is an argument that once the tickets  were in hand get them sent out as soon as possible.

    70% of the 7400 tickets sold opted for the collection. No one has much faith in the postal system at present on that basis

    Got there at 10.40. About 20 in front of me. Terribly slow. Only two serving, many got directed to the ticket office.

    Left with tickets at 11.25. Good luck tomorrow. Glad it's all done for me at least.

    You should be able to if you have the purchase ID number. 
    Don't forget IF YOU BOUGHT IN THE EXTRA 2,000 BATCH, THE EARLIEST COLLECTION IS AFTER TOMORROW'S GAME OR MONDAY.

    Got to front of queue. Had my receipt. Now sent to ticket office because there is no coach and car park ticket.
    staff are busy but not well organised.

    The ticket office queue is slow. Others like me have no coach tickets. The lady in front has got coach tickets but is short a match ticket. If it is like this tomorrow it will be tough.
