Could be worse - i paid thousands to go to disneyland years ago and stood in queues for 2 weeks solid - in intense humidity. Some people go back for more - nuts3

And sorted. Only one in front of me at the van. TKT office only for problem peeps. Go to van first...4

I received my ticket through the post today. I was concerned it wouldn't arrive in time and would have to pick up from the stadium. Well done the club and Royal Mail!2

It is a bit crazy in this day and age, with technology as it is, that people have to stand out in the cold queuing for a ticket - i'm sure we'll look back in a few years and won't believe we did it.3

Been given block 334 upper tier row 7, cracking view…cannot wait

North Stand ticket/West Stand ticket office or somewhere else?0 -

I got my tickets quickly by post and I think our ticket office did a sterling job. I think the Man Utd system might have been better with the option to send out a phone ticket and or a print at home ticket when notified by the club they have sold them. We are well into the 21st century.1

Anybody who purchased Terrace Tickets been given a block and seat no yet? Mine still showing blank on the website, not able to collect until Monday0

By the time I left, the mistake queue was longer than the collection queue.
The staff worked hard but were bewildered somewhat.
Could’ve done with a bit of leadership.
No sign of burger boy.4 -

All done. Make sure you go to mobile office first, lot of pushed off people at main office waiting for an hour to be told should go to mobile one first. Think they’ve put signs out now.2

Another thing to praise the ticket office about. My son bought his ticket seperately for him and a Charlton supporting mate at Uni. Without a request, the ticket office seated us together. Might not have been great if it was Princes Harry and William but we appreciate it.5

I hope they can reflect on issues that have arisen today in order to make it much better tomorrow.
I think they have to sort out what to do about:
Missing Tickets in the envelope.
Coach travel information.
Valley car park information.
The biggest problem will be because of a lengthy queue for your envelope collection, and then being sent away to join another lengthy queue to deal with your problem.0 -
Curb_It said:The stewards organising the queue for the tickets in the car park have directed the queue down to the river.. it's now snaking along the Thames to London Bridge. If you get in it now, should be through in 13 hours?2
-
I think the positive is that they started today, which gives them an opportunity to learn in an environment without much timing pressure and fans the opportunity to avoid the issues on Saturday, when the corrections option would have been limited.19

I got there at 12:15 collected them by 12:40, had a chat with some others in the queue, got to the portakabin, there were at least six people, rushing out, taking names, rushing back in grabbing tickets and back out again. No issues with my tickets.I had no problems with it, maybe I was just lucky.1
-
the problems are gonna start at about 2pm onwards i reckon when most turn up and start to realise they may miss some of the match - only open for an hour after the match ? i wonder how strict that will be if loads are still queuing??0

I wonder how many they issued today? Be a useful gauge for tomorrow.0

70% of the 7400 tickets sold opted for the collection. No one has much faith in the postal system at present on that basis1 -
do the extra tickets mean we have the whole upper tier?0
