  • The ticket office queue is slow. Others like me have no coach tickets. The lady in front has got coach tickets but is short a match ticket. If it is like this tomorrow it will be tough.
  • It's Man Utd so 100% it'll be on international tv. It'll certainly be on BeIn sports.
    It's on BeIn Sport 3.
I'm hoping to get invited to someone's house who has it. I can't seem to find a legal way of getting it just for one match.
  • as long as the teething problems are sorted out by tomorrow.... hopefully the bouncy castle will be available then as well

Where are the match tickets being collected from?
North Stand ticket/West Stand ticket office or somewhere else?
  • Just at the ticket office for collection, there is a bit of a queue (probably about 100).

Apparently people have queued once for the temporary kiosk and then been told there in the tickets are actually in the main ticket office
  • Still queuing
  • about about to go down to collect, sorry if I’ve missed so do you collect from main ticket office? Sounds like there are 2 lines. Thanks.
  • I’m in the queue now, doesn’t seem very organised. People getting to the portacabin to then be sent across to the ticket office where there’s another queue !?!?, it seems it’s the luck of the draw where your tickets are

Got to front of queue. Had my receipt. Now sent to ticket office because there is no coach and car park ticket.
staff are busy but not well organised.
are they issuing coach tickets? I was just going to show my confirmation email on the day.
  • You get sent to the usual ticket office if you get a problem.

    Queue doesn't look too bad

    Photo thief!! 😀
    You took this yourself?
  • Got mine, in que for an hour, not bad really, well done tkt office staff, can see they are working hard
  • Finally got to the window where I was told the coach tickets were taking too long and they had to scrap them. Some got a coach ticket some didn’t. They said the names will be on a list. Could’ve saved about 40 mins queueing if they let people know.
They said yr name will be on a list for Valley car parking and emails will be sent. The only e mail I have had is an away fans guide to the Manchester gaff.
  • Junior just queued for about an hour and has ours.  Says they seem to be getting into the swing of it know and it's quite smooth

No idea to be honest mate, been in my phone photos 7 years now and honestly can’t remember. I Tweeted it yesterday so that’s what reminded me (I was only joking btw!)
  • Thanks Seth & others for the updates.

Queue start to finish under 20 mins. No complaints

Agree with that, seem to have the system sorted now a bit and getting through the queue pretty quickly. Not many here now at all

To try and be positive if they are learning something isn’t well and adapting quickly that’s a good thing going forward and will help mitigate issues for presumably larger number’s tomorrow.

  • Just arrived, lines not too bad maybe 25 in front of me.
  • Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby have just bowled straight up to the front, collected their tickets and walked off
Looking forward to seeing Holly at the match more than seeing Charlton!

Oh well first line was quick unfortunately they didn’t have them do now in line for main ticket office. This one might take a while.
  • I booked Valley Away and got a 'print at home' email. Looks similar to the match tickets but with no QR in the corners.. it says 'no data found'.

I just planned on using that email for the coach.
  • So there's two separate lines and it's a lottery if you're in the right line or not?

Pretty much. One queue is empty but main ticket office is longish although they just opened a load of windows so starting to move a bit quicker.
  • Was constantly refreshing my laptop, but gave up. Then spent 41mins on the phone....just to get my boy a ticket for Lincoln tomorrow. Buzzing for this one now! Bloody glory hunters clogging up the ticket office (I'm ust jealous cause I'm not going to OT) 🤣😂
