As said earlier didn't have my tickets at the first collection point so had to queue again at the ticket office, so all in all about 40 minutes, but I thought it was pretty well organised. Block E334.
Pleased with that…so looking forward to this. No expectation for a result, but I think we’ve all missed a trip like this over the years with our generally poor cup runs/stumbles.
I hope that the Utd players get confused and continue to shoot for that goal that we can see on the left.
I know it's only little ol Charlton but I hope more United fans turn up than that

I don't. They'll only cause more traffic as they leave Surrey

pretty sure they still get sizeable crowd whatever the fixture

Should get 70k, I believe they sell cup season tickets. I imagine aimed at supporters who do not have a league season ticket.
Nothing but praise for the ticket office team 4 minutes from leaving my car and pulling away from the car park with my tickets highly efficient and nice to see so many staff upbeat and positive!
so are we thinking that the new additions to the SMT can take some credit for this? (along with the hard working Charlton staff of course) I know it's early to tell, but are we being potentially run like a proper football club again?
People loaded up on them in the expectation we would be massively oversubscribed, but with the extra 2,000 (still not sold?) it looks like we simply have about the right amount.
Amazing how many spares appearing. Can so many people have reasons for this.
Problem some people with tickets now have is getting to Manchester and back . . The Club need to put on more coaches like immediately . . Selling tickets and offering fans no way to get there and back is poor . . . Train and overnight is £150 ++ which is a lot of money to many fans . . @Airman Brown get it sorted . .
Alright so the "you're in my seat" arguments... let's talk about those!
I get sitting/standing where you want for the sub-1000 crowds.
Surely a sold out away end with 9500 traveling supporters, it's going to cause mayhem on the night.
It baffles me that they still don’t have a select your seat option for away games, even if it was just select which block you’re in that would avoid most of the problems. I at least thought for this game they would let you pick upper/lower tier especially with only 2 seats per person. I’m a stander and usually just go where I want but went for the safe standing option, as I feel like if we score the seats might not be that safe!
I can see my age showing on the seat argument but as far as I’m concerned you buy a ticket you sit in the seat it’s for. It’s as simple as that.
Maybe things have changed. I was at England v Germany and came back from the bog at half time and couldn’t get back to my seat which was next to my 8 yr old son.
Guy in it said - tough luck.
I told him he must be a dirty peado hanging round a kid who wasn’t his.

Good luck to the team and all that can make it to the game.
1. never tried rail seats and sounded a good opportunity
2. it would take the ‘siddarn’ argument out of the equation
I get bolshie if someone is in my ST seat at home, but aways I rarely end up where the ticket says 😉
