Posting without reading, will we be getting more tickets?
  • Odd that the full allocation wasn't offered or requested in the first place, for one of the most attractive away games of the season

I’m guessing it probably has something to do with the renovations of that new away end and the local authorities advising Portsmouth from holding off issuing the full allocation until all the checks had been made…

  • 2,153 Charlton fans at Pompey on Saturday will be more than enough to make it another very noisy day out in the south coast.

Is this the first Saturday afternoon match down there since ‘that Portsmouth game’ when Bowyer had taken charge ?
  • oh no but i thought they were in fear of our wall of sound and needed to restrict us so they could win

They were probably watching BBC2 on Sunday and decided they no longer needed to worry about it
They will probably now make 11 changes and give their players a day off.

  • 2 tickets, standing only.
Would rather have seats for my poor 70 year old knees, but would probs end up having to stand anyway.
    Feel inexplicably optimistic (senile?)

    Looks like it's sold out.
  • Must be down to single figure on sale. Said sold out for first two times I tried to buy one, but eventually was able to purchase one.

Possibly people being "timed out"/not continuing with their purchase.

One of my favourite away days in recent history. First time for Golfie Jnr there & we stood & sang all match.
  • Are these all sold then?
  • Just clicked on club site and showing tickets available.

They were showing as available last night.

    EDIT. Still available this morning.

I'm sure there must be someone on here who wouldn't mind swapping tickets, but like you say given it's sold out, most people will stand anyway.
  • Read online that Waterloo is being targetted by sit in protests on Saturday. Hopefully doesn’t affect trains in/out
  • Showing as all sold out on the ticket website. As always imagine there will be a few spares knocking around on here closer to kick off.
