What is this 8 plus 8 plus 8 crap? Does that mean if we have 8 top L1 players we then aim for average ones? How many of the current squad would be considered in the elite 8? You could argue 3, some may argue 7 (not me). Would they class Fraser as an elite L1 player? Surely you try to get 16 elite L1 players and if you manage 10 you might not be far off!8
