    One of the better threads of the year to look forward to and defiantly  christmas time when you see it. Thanks Beds.

    It has to be Die Hard 2 tonight. A nice family Christmas film that has everything. A hero, a villain,  a love interest and story line that needs no deep thinking.
    I'll probably stream it, way past my bedtime.

    Nice one. Was hoping this thread would be back. Only trouble is,.I was in the pub so missed all tonights and same for tomorrow, Friday and likely Saturday.  Still I will have plenty to catch up on Sunday.

    Nightcrawler is a brilliant film, although incredibly creepy and a tough watch in parts. Superb performances from Gyllenhaal and Riz Ahmed.

    It's one of Gyllenhaal's best films. Coincidentally he's 44 today. I'd have never thought he was as old as that. He looks good on it.

    Stayed up too late & watched Last of the Mohican (seen Nyad but agree it’s fabulous) bloody brilliant film still.
    Not much on today to tickle my fancy tbh.

    Was going to say similar, brilliant film but people bypass it a bit because The Dark Knight (and Hearh Ledger) stands out.

    Wasn't a big fan of the Dark Knight Rises, the first two are so much better.

    Oh shit. I've been waiting for years to see Trading Places again and now I see that I've just missed the first hour😯
    Same goes for The Big Lebowski but I haven't got Sky.
    Both are old films that I love, the latter of which I have only ever seen once. My eldest son often calls me 'dude' and I always tell him that he has to see that film. Damn.
