Feels like we're missing leadership on the pitch at the moment

NJ wants him out, was going to Wycombe but for Knibbs injury.

    Where have you heard this?
  • Doc and Jones have had a bust up. Doc was going to leave but now Knibbs is injured it looks like he will stay for now although this could change

Again where is the proof in this

Then Jones is a bigger effing idiot than I thought given his team selection tonight.

When you fall out with your captain, a good honest pro who has always given 100 per cent then I'm not impressed .

Well if true I hope it’s because he told him his tactics are way off it at the moment,

Whatever's happened we need Docherty back in the team for Saturday, feel like we need his leadership attributes if anything for the game.

Doc was smiling in the dugout tonight when the camera panned.

Said in the second half we were not only missing Doc’s leadership but also his guile at spotting a pass that no-one else does.

The club are hardly going to broadcast it....he's barely played recently, having previously been a regular starter since signed.....

When isn’t he smiling? Genuinely seems like one of the most likable people at the club

I don't think it's that much of a coincidence that he's been dropped and our form has too, but also it feels like morale within the team has dropped, and I think Doc is a big part of the team togetherness and bond, and if he's being pushed out by Jones I can see if affecting a lot of the current team negatively

For all his strengths passing and vision isn’t one of them.

This explains why Anderson is suddenly starting a few games in a row.

agree with the first bit.....but he's not all of a sudden turned into Xavi sitting on the bench

that being said, Anderson would struggle to pass wind

Anderson might be able to spot a pass - but whether he can complete it is another matter

I should have made that clearer, Doc and NJ falling out explains why Anderson has started recently.

Agree Anderson’s passing is even worse.
  • Only thing I find odd about it all, is that it was Anderson who was originally meant to be going to Wycombe... I even had someone at work asking me about Karoy because of the links

Unless the links were wrong and someone got their midfielders confused
  • Kind of agree with NJ that doc isn’t good enough for this level, but there are ways of going about it and a falling out with a top guy and great dressing room character isn’t it.

Wasn't it Cawley though who revealled that? - I mean its not difficult to get Anderson / Docherty mixed up, they're practically twins ;)
