Considering not all clubs reported (5 missing inc Stockport and Wycombe) in full this, from Kieran Maguire, is the closest where likely to get.
We were 5th highest and finished 4th so punching our weight or just above.
Posh and Bolton major underperformers, top two unsurprisingly the top two for revenue, three times ours.
I'm surprised how close our revenue was to those just below us eg Orient £1.6m less and Cambridge £2m less.
For me that points to poor commercial income generation.4 -
Presumably some of our revenue (and costs) doesn't go to us but to Gather & Gather & whoever runs the club shop?0

A Season Ticket question -I may be a bit dense but on trying to renew my West Stand ST online there is an option which reads "No I don’t want to renew but please hold my seat till 5th June 2026". Is my reading of that correct in that it is really saying if you don't want to renew NOW you can renew it up until the 5/6/26 date if you click that option or does it have another meaning? I haven't been able to get through to the club (constantly engaged) as I can't afford to renew now but with some extra overtime I should be able to do it in mid May-it is a great option if I have read it right?0

It will hold your seat until June but you won't get the current pricing.HRBryan said:A Season Ticket question -I may be a bit dense but on trying to renew my West Stand ST online there is an option which reads "No I don’t want to renew but please hold my seat till 5th June 2026". OK thanks but it will allow me to renew my ST at the higher prices provided I renew before 5th June?0
-
Could you not renew now to qualify for the lower prices, but pay by instalments.HRBryan said:OK thanks but it will allow me to renew my ST at the higher prices provided I renew before 5th June?0 -

Hi Superclive 98 I did try that via the Finance v12 option but my application was turned down under both their schemes (poor credit history I guess). I don't think the club offer any other pay by instalment options unless I am wrong?0

Tickets renewed. Think it’s my 32nd consecutive year as a ST Holder now.
if you’re an existing one and holding off, remember there’s a fair price jump this year. Pre and post Phase 1 is a £150 difference fo a family of 4 in Zone 34 -
Yep we're in once again, like to watch better football coming from us though.0

Not that I’m considering, but what’s the refund policy on STs?Can see quite a few fans wanting out if their expensive STs provide L1 football1

Very doubtful you can get a refund cause there’s a possibility of League One football again next season.sammy391 said:Not that I’m considering, but what’s the refund policy on STs?Can see quite a few fans wanting out if their expensive STs provide L1 football
Granted there maybe a few that could be hanging on to the last possible moment to see if we have guaranteed safety this Saturday and to get in before the early bird discount deadline expires.

Hopefully the policy is give anyone who wants a refund due to being in a lower division their money and told don't bother coming backsammy391 said:Not that I’m considering, but what’s the refund policy on STs?Can see quite a few fans wanting out if their expensive STs provide L1 football8 -
I see last night they changed the wording from "This is what COMMITMENT looks like" to "This is what CONNECTION looks like"0
-
Mine’s been sitting waiting to be renewed since it came out, I know I will renew regardless so I’m not sure why I’ve not bothered yet nor what on earth I’m expecting to happen, like some mysterious investor to pay for my seat or that I’m going to see if the ticketing system accepts my renewal 1 minute before the deadline - but I think it has something to do with no win in 7 since it opened!4

Don't think that's entirely fair. A season ticket should be cheaper in a lower league as you're not getting the same value imo.JohnnyH2 said:

Lower league, less revenue, worse players on show, presumably worse football and less prestigious fixtures.
The Valley was empty against Ipswich, League1-esque. This is a result of poor results and poor football.
Need to remember we are trying to lure new fans to this club and a huge part of that is quality football and being a succesful team. Not everyone has that type of loyalty to Charlton.
You'd see the same at the likes of Brighton, Bournemouth, Brentford, Fulham etc if they had the recent history we have.0 -

Especially when you consider that ST prices dictate walk up pricing.Braziliance said:

If that’s the case for some people and they care more about the quality of football than supporting Charlton why on earth support Charlton in the 1st place rather than a prem side.JohnnyH2 said:

Just renewed. Fuck it,what else an I going to do on a Saturday afternoon.....8

If I renew my season ticket, can I move my seat in the same zone, for the whole season, not individual games.
Only reason being to change view and get a slightly different view of our diagonal hoofs into the box.0 -
Yes, just choose as you're buying a new one and not renewing_uptheaddicks said:If I renew my season ticket, can I move my seat in the same zone, for the whole season, not individual games.

Sorry, I wrote that in a rush. I mean can I renew now and choose a different seat in a month or so in the same band. Idea being to find a seat higher up and close to the aisle.0

Do you think people should have paid more for already purchased season tickets after we got promoted last seasonsammy391 said:Not that I’m considering, but what’s the refund policy on STs?Can see quite a few fans wanting out if their expensive STs provide L1 football3 -
When I spoke to the ticket office they said yes to me._uptheaddicks said:Sorry, I wrote that in a rush. I mean can I renew now and choose a different seat in a month or so in the same band. Idea being to find a seat higher up and close to the aisle.0 -
Just renewed ours - men’s and women’s. Hoping the commitment is rewarded!4

Obviously not, but I know there will be fans out there that would try to justify the higher price if it’s being championship football at The Valley… but would struggle to justify if it’s league one again and the likes of Bradford/wimbledon etcAberystwythAddick said:
