    dont see it getting to next phase as singles only in lower and upper blocks now half full -

    How do you assign tickets to friends and family? When I click the pencil in the basket it just opens up a new window that doesn’t let me assign it to people?

    same, every time I clicked on them they weren't available - managed to get 2.....not sure they'll be many left by 2pm

    Couldn't get at 11.01 but they added another block at 11.05 so lucky I kept refreshing.

    Loads now available in blocks 421 and 423 if you're quick.

    They were blanked out when i went in at 11am but now loads available. God knows why they stagger it, would be so much easier if all the blocks were available from the start

    Btw for the anti-VG moaners, you did get your wish more this time. For WEst Ham VG came in at 570 points. For Spurs it's 530. 530 is only season tickets plus 2 aways.

    That was a point I (kind of) made last night - let those in the first phases have choice of all the seats, not just the ones at the front (especially as Mr Magoo and Blind Pugh could see we were going to sell out our allocation fairly easily).

    Have you got friends and family "linked" to your account?

    I've just got my two and when I clicked on the pencil for the U18 ticket I got a list of the four names connected to my account: mine, grandson no 2 (whose ticket it was going to be), brother and nephew.

    Probably wrong thread. Nevertheless on my ticket account, most of my friends and family have dissapeared. I had 7 there previously. In fact I brought 5 season tickets through this system for this season. What does that mean going forward? Most of these people won't have ticketing accounts of their own.
    In fact for this game I wouldn't even have been able to allocate my 2nd ticket directly to my wife.

    It won't let you assign to someone who doesn't have enough points for the phase i.e. less than 530

    They opened up block 420 so snapped up the 4 tickets I needed, result!

    Block 420 - 2 seats available
    Block 421 - c200
    Block 422 - 2
    Block 423 - 150ish?
    Block 424 - 3
