At the start of the stream today, there was someone who im sure referred to Jimmy Seed as their grandfather then showed a diary and some stats from his time in charge. Enjoyed that one a lot to be honest, almost more than the West Ham result because today we wasn't the underdogs, we were expected to deliver which sometimes is a harder test for us than it should be. First half was, let's face it, poor. Can't help but think Carey is a bit of a weak link at the moment. Love the lad but he just needs to step up a bit and get some confidence back
Second half though was so much better! Was hoping for JRC to come on at half time and we got Alli instead, originally I was a bit meh about it but it turns out to be a masterful decision by the coaching squad as he was utterly fantastic. Really liked him on the wing with Grant playing the no10 role. I always give a shout out to a particular player with each review of a game and today has to go for Connor Coventry, his pass to Alli which ultimately lead to the goal was spectacular and probably a bit unnoticed, he had a fantastic game and just is absolutely shining in the squad this year.
We're top of the league and it's deserving, I don't think it'll last and the West Brom game will be the biggest challenge yet, but we're doing fantastic and should enjoy this as much as possible.15 -
Do not expect Mwamba starting Wednesday although probably on bench2

I think a few games with Sonny off the bench - more space on the pitch and tired defenders might give him more space and time for his ball carrying and get a few of his trademark shots off. Might just bring back some confidence.Addicktion_to_red said:

If 55 points is the target we’re already 16% or a sixth of the way there. Just because these points are in the first few weeks doesn’t make them less valuable than points at the end of the season. Fought hard to survive last season and took it to the penultimate weekend to secure safety
Transitioned to a new formation and trying to improve our attacking approach
It may all come crashing back down to earth and we lose our next 2, such is the nature of this league, but these points are absolutely vital. Target 55, I’ll keep repeating it as it will be a long hard season, and safety is paramount, but hats off to the owners, NJ and the team for what they’ve achieved this month and over the last 2 seasons.
I’m yet to go to a league game so hoping I’m not going to ruin it for everyone when I go to the QPR game Weds week, but well pleased for all the fans that have got to the games and seen the wins, they deserve it
Little signs are important and we’ve persistently struggled against Preston for years, particularly at this level. They’re a typical mid table, established Championship team. Today we beat them. On the opening day we came from a goal behind to win. That wasn’t us last season.The next two are tough, our squad is stretched already, but if Stoke lose to Norwich on Tuesday, there’s pressure on them when we play them
