I was at Beth's from 88-95, strong football team at the time with plenty of players in various academies (or equivalent). Most didn't make it prop, but Rob Quinn went on to play for Palace in the Prem.fenaddick said:

It won't happen under any Premier or Championship team to have only 2 keepers registered.
They must have confidence in their U21 keeper to be the back up number 3.3 -
