    And again
  • This is what you get when your name ends in lton
  • What you gather from this and our score and others is that this league is a bit mental to say the least.. way better than any top league in Europe..

Surprised that didn’t really kick off.

The little chav slapped him in the face first of all… even Portsmouth have been forced to apologise.

Spoke to my Dad - and not that I would have done that as I kid but he said if I did he would have given me a clip round the ear and said it serves me right.

He’s still a footballer placing hands aggressively on a child in the stands. You simply cannot do that

Oh agree - but the fact Pompey have immediately issued an apology to Cardiff speaks volumes about the incident.

Footballers have obvious standards but I have always hated the commonly held opinion that fans can say and do what they want and start crying and waving their hands around when somebody does something back.
  • Bit of an embarrassing reaction from the Swansea player there!

    Thought he was seriously injured!

So after a bad day we end up one point off top spot and still in the playoffs.

Not all teams playing midweek in the league. Fixtures for teams above us.

    Southampton v Swansea
    Derby v WBA
    Charlton v QPR.

If we can win and Swansea and WBA don't then we'll be top on Wednesday night.

Easier said than done but let's recover from Saturday and push on.

Are we watching the same video clip? The kid didn't give the ball back, Bielik grabbed him by the throat and then the kid slapped him. The kid definitely didn't slap him first.

Frustratingly Pompey have a free week to prepare for us. We're cursed with how the fixtures fall atm. A shame the 3 week international break isn't now.

Very annoying. For that exact reason I looked up the fixtures and was very pleased to see Pompey away at Wolves midweek then saw it was postponed. Another major disadvantage, but I guess we can’t cry about it. Pompey at home is a very big game given there’s a good chance they will be a direct rival again this season

If I remember rightly it was the other way around when we played them last year and they still rolled us over. Also we will surely have loads of our injured back then so no excuses.

What a goal by Montgomery for Blackburn v Sheff Utd. Steals it from the defender and then top bins it. Worth a watch
  • Burnley 1-0 up - against the run of play really.

But I’m pleased as the commentators were making Wrexham out to be prime Barcelona.

Pretty good scores down the bottom as it stands. If we win tomorrow we can put some serious distance in early

Really hurts to say it, but Wrexham have done good business signing O Hare, really busy player makes things happen.

At this stage of the season, it's really hard to know who I want to win, as the Championship is such an unpredictable league, and so many teams could make the top 8 or be in relegation trouble.

Should I be wanting the current "good teams" to lose, to keep us near the top, or should I be cheering them on when they play the newly promoted sides and likely strugglers, to keep those teams well below us?

I think Blackburn, Preston and Bolton losing is good. I'm still focussed on finishing above 3 teams for now

Stoke could only draw 1 1 away at Cardiff. I know its been done to death elsewhere but just underlines how frustrating Saturday was!
