Some great running stories here. I have started a new training plan this week aiming to get me back on the trust next summer doing some 800m.

This summer was too hot for any kind of distance training and I lost a bit of interest in running and my times suffered other than on the few parkruns I did. So as I enjoyed my track races when younger I thought let’s give it a go.

will likely mean a few more parkruns as well.

Am loving it so far next one up is Brighton half end of Feb.
Then have Saucony 10k in July
was booked for the big half but that won’t be happening as going to oasis in Ireland.
So will potentially do the royal parks half in place of it
