Ingrebourne Links in Rainham Essex is a must to play , played it 3 times now and it doesn’t disappoint every time .
Very tough track I find, need to be very accurate but agreed it's a decent test

Playing Sandy Links on the Melbourne sandbelt on Sunday for my Birthday.

Played there 7 or 8 times best was a 92.

The Greens are like glass as it gets hotter.

    Absolute beauty of a course.

Have you played much on the Mornington Peninsula? Public golf is better down that way than in Melbourne. St Andrews Beach (also Tom Doak) is one of the world's best pay and plays.
Yeah mate - Played St Andrews Beach twice and absolute gem of a course - Moonah Links both Open and Legend are total crackers as well - I've played Mornington as well - Absolutely spoilt to be honest.

Have you played this area much?

    Niiiice.

In 2022 I played Metropolitan, Victoria, Woodlands, Yarra Yarra, Spring Valley, RM East, Sandy.

I toyed with going down to the peninsula but it's worth its own holiday really. Enjoy your Spring time  :)

Driven past it many times & would love to play here. Played Addington Palace....but that's not the same.

Weather calmed down a bit from this morning so hopefully you managed to get a few "dry" holes.

    Great weekend at Dale hill
Saturday we got 10 holes in before walking off due to the rain, I’ve never played in weather like it. More time in the bar, dinner was great few of the lads went into Tunbridge wells, Sunday breakfast spot on pool and sauna etc and then yesterday the woosnam course was fantastic didn’t score Paticularly well 24 points.

looking for the next one ideally somewhere a bit closer to a town for change of scenery for the evening any recommendations welcomed.
