    "1759: DONE DEAL: Doncaster have signed 23-year-old midfielder Ryan Burge on a short-term deal. He had been playing for Jerez Industrial in Spain's fourth tier, the team that has links to the Glenn Hoddle Academy." (BBC)

    Interesting, that's two players with GH Academy connections that have joined league clubs today... obviously doing a good job over there.

    Well West Ham are definitely top-heavy with Obinna, Piquionne, Demba Ba, Cole, McCarthy and now Keane and I doubt Gold or Sullivan could say no to a pound note

    So not only has pardoo got a silly length contract at newcastle, but he has 35 mil to waste....i reckon 25 mil will certainly be wasted, but having said that Alan, Abbott is available for 5 mil....gotta be quick tho'

    I think the charges were dropped for the charge relating to that bail condition from memory.

    Nah, I reckon the smart money would be on Carlton Cole for somewhere in the region of £8m. Which is about £7.99m more than he is worth. Hammers are desperate to get him off the payroll.
