    0/4 not even a place so far!! even my e/w saver in Champion Hurdle came 4th!!

    Not exactly a day of profit but certainly fun!

    Got well and truly cheltenham-ed early on but saved towards the end. Shame Medermit did not place as I had a single and accumulator that was broken by his 4th.

    Made enough profit to buy a beer or two... that's all I want from Cheltenham - it's a bloody lottery so unless you're good (which on the horses I'm not particularly), all I want is a fun day, not to get cleaned out, and just maybe earn a beer out of it! Last year was my year so i'll have to be content now!

    Excellent day down there yesterday , had 4 2nd's and one winner . Clivey_hero is the one to follow , 5 winners and the placepot yesterday ... Think he probably kipped on the track last night

    A few sore heads this morning no doubt. Well done boys and girls.
    5 places e/w in the Coral Cup you've got to have a couple of longer shots:
    Lightning Strike (33/1) & Trenchant (33/1) for me.........mind you I've not had a winner in this since Whats Up Boys in 2000 so BEWARE.

    Master Minded is a big price today. There is a little but of cut in the ground and 8 of the last 10 winners have won the season's Tingle Creek

    I've just woke up in a bale of hay clutching a photo of ruby to my chest, with fifty pound notes in every pocket and a champagne cork up my nose............could have been worse

    Once I sober up, and after a full greasy breakfast , I'll mainly be doing. Arabella Boy, Sizing Europe, Whitby Jack and So Young , but fully expecting to give most of it back today , as can't have another day like yesterday .............or could I ?
