If we could actually play it on the deck and create chances he would look a lot better.
Just got to be honest about us at times and say we don't exactly play attractive football, it's effective but that's about it.
His best performance yesterday and he will get better.8 -

He did well but you can't pretend like the Millwall defense was ever really troubled by his presence. Campbell sure, but not really Kelman.1 -

As long as we are pumping long balls for Kelman to win in the air, we ain’t gonna score many goals3

Doesn’t matter what way you want to paint it, if the price is correct which has been quoted, then we got royally shafted by qpr. So many were adamant kone was crap but failed to see Wycombe had a change of manager and his form dipped, he is twice the player kelman is unfortunately and got him for cheaper !3

If we had the choice of Kone or Kelman we would definitely have signed Kone, but we didn’t have that choice so Kelman is probably the best striker we could have got0 -

Can understand we’re not playing to Kelman’s strengths but if you look at TC despite being small he gave Crama and Leonard absolute hell down that left side and battled away with them constantly. I don’t expect Kelman to be winning headers and throwing those kind of centrebacks to the floor but would like him to show a bit better play all round, his goal scoring isn’t a massive concern I don’t think until he starts missing chance after chance0

a better game Saturday but just cant see him scoring, the service he gets also isn't brilliant.
as mentioned on the post match thread our lack of goals/chances ( 3 on Saturday ) are a massive concern. on balance I didn't expect us to get much from Leicester or Bristol city, as they are both sides who i expect to be involved in the top part of the table come end of season.
the magic number of 46 is still our target Imo. although disappointing i try to see Saturday as another point gained.

Before December last season Kelman scored 2 league goals, he's a player who needs time and then when it clicks he scores regularly7

I don’t think he necessarily “needs” a strike partner but if he doesn’t have one then we need to adapt to him. Can’t just put him in Godden’s place, play the same way and then expect it to work when he’s a different player. I think there are signs we are adapting to him, he got more balls to feet on Saturday than previous games2 -
