I would be surprised if it happened because it would cost us a lot more to replace him than we'd realistically recoup and leaving it so late in the window seems out of character for the current ownership, who at worst seem complacent about the situation but far from actively self sabotaging like that.mart77 said:

Apologies Mart, but for the life of me I can't see this as a goer and as much as I'm not in 'Coady is shit camp' I don't see him as a replacement for Lloyd Jones. We heard the rumour about about Ramsay a week or so back and that seemed a wild one, but this one? So we get rid of our Captain and our vice Captain in the same window ???? what does that do to moral in the dressing room, if according to rumours there is any left.,mart77 said:

I think the apter one is a joke, is Jones really that clueless on how to use a technical player? I've felt relatively positive on what we've done so far assuming that coady and this kenyan lad comes in but i feel disappointed with the Apter treatment8

If Lloyd jones goes I’ll be shocked. The only defender to have not really put a foot wrong all season whilst being kicked to high heaven. Has some one picked up the phone and asked how much we’d want for him? Possibly, have we entertained it and given it consideration? Yeah, possibly again. Every player ultimately has their price. But unless it’s silly money I wouldn’t sell jones. That’s not to say the rumour isn’t complete bollocks (again, he’s probably been our best player this season), but I doubt it would happen.0
