What a wonderful signing, yes it's a loan, but one I believe will really us real stability.
We really need to get behind AO this will spur him onto the next level as he will have something to prove.
To me AO has always impressed when I've seen him at the valley🥅2 -

Wrexham, who then had a whole season of seeing him at this level, still saw this position as a weakness and spent big cash on another keeper making him 3rd choice keeper.
So whatever we think - he didn't prove himself to those in charge at Wrexham.
So I go back to my original point. I think having him on loan is much less of a risk than having him signed up on a long term contract when he is not proven at this level.
i don’t care about Wrexham or think we can compete with teams like Wrexham at this point.

Happy with the loan and small hope that we’ve gone down loan road to ensure there’s enough money left in transfer window for JRS.2

I suspect that we've loaned him to check him out, as he wouldn't have been one of the planned targets at the start of the summer, but was the best we could get in once TK decided to leave in early August.
Maybe if we're happy with each other, the deal will be made permanent in January.4 -

Don’t even need to go back a year we have England International Nathaniel Chalobah on our books now and England international Nathan Redmond not even impressive enough on a trial to play for usAberystwythAddick said:

I like all of our signings.... BUT I am not convinced we have solved our midfield problems. At present we have added Chalobah, a good player but not reliable fitnesswise. And we have signed Ouma, who has not had a preseason and has no Champ experience.
Maybe we just could not afford/ attract the kind of dominant pivot in midfield that we lack, but I am afraid we will still get overrun in midfield in many games.9 -

Cawley has confimed interest on his podcast and I have heard cast iron confirmation in the industry we are pushing hard for him.33 -
We certainly haven’t got a playmaker which disappoints me but Jones tends to favour a different type of midfielder which we have now got in Chalobah and Ouma. It’s The Championship so they’ll certainly be games where our midfield is under great pressure. Starting on Saturday I’d imagine. Having said that we’ll create more and score more.
