Yeah unfortunately that account isn't legit. One of many that have blue ticks and genuine sounding bios but no trace of him on The Athletic.4

And who or what is James Hokery?DessieValley said:James Hokery on twitter reporting agreement reached for JRS

Also it says nothing that we already don’t know. It’s taken the fee stated by Rich and comments from forums and Twitter and put out a fake story.DDOUBLEE said:

Whether it’s genuine or not I’m still going to manifest good news coming our way!3

that tells you all you need to know ffs

I don’t believe JRS is a done deal. I think we’re well in the frame with nabbing him but there’s a few days left for something to happen to change that. My guess is that if he signs then it’s on deadline day.3

A quick google brings up 0 articles written by him. Nothing in the Athletic, 1000 followers is nothing you can get bots that follow your account to up the numbers. He’s not a real journalist just an engagement farmer10

Has got a few right on his feed but doesn’t look legit from the two supposed journos he’s got tagged on his profile0

All these pages do is parrot rumours and reports from elsewhere then delete other ones that didn’t happen.RedRobin said:Has got a few right on his feed but doesn’t look legit from the two supposed journos he’s got tagged on his profile2 -
Club socials teasing the JRS signing by making no post or reference to him whatsoever….
naughty!

It would be very strange for NJ to have said that he had good news on TC without him being certain that it was done. Would be a difficult one to explain if it turns out we've sold him, and I don't think NJ is likely to have said it otherwise.
That to me suggests we're waiting to release that info. The question is why?

Definitely a fake account. Tifo don't do transfer news so no need for them to be mentioned. Probably bought the followers or someone's account with the follows3
