I don’t believe JRS is a done deal. I think we’re well in the frame with nabbing him but there’s a few days left for something to happen to change that. My guess is that if he signs then it’s on deadline day.3

It would be very strange for NJ to have said that he had good news on TC without him being certain that it was done. Would be a difficult one to explain if it turns out we've sold him, and I don't think NJ is likely to have said it otherwise.
That to me suggests we're waiting to release that info. The question is why?
