So does that mean I can still dream of the playoff charge?ShootersHillGuru said:The chances of of us getting relegated are low but not zero.0 -
Of course you can, it may be improbable but still possible.1

We already have our league 1 team, nice to at least think of what we will do when/if we stay up.Ruffdiamond said:Thought I would like to remind everyone that talking of the teams coming up , we are still not assured of our place in the Championship next season !0 -
If were wasting time with impossible dreams, I'm going for Keely Hodgkinson and a thigh strain massage.Crispywood said:

Alfie May to leave Huddersfield Town, May has struggled at Huddersfield since his summer move from Birmingham City0

Back to Cheltenham I reckon. Full circle.RonnieMoore said:Alfie May to leave Huddersfield Town, May has struggled at Huddersfield since his summer move from Birmingham City0 -
One of the losing Playoff sides will sign him. Strikers not working out at Huddersfield just seems to be one of those things.3

I have been impressed by Alli at Pompey ( on loan from Luton) tricky and pacy…..worth a punt if Pompey go down3

Alfie May's available apparently...🙄1

On one hand Pompey fans complaining about his lack of consistency, attitude, workrate and in general not being great. Also a winger which we dont play.ct_addick said:I have been impressed by Alli at Pompey ( on loan from Luton) tricky and pacy…..worth a punt if Pompey go downOn the other hand it’s an ex Luton player so that settles it get him in4 -
If he was that good, he wouldn’t have stayed at Oxford for all these years. He is a good player, but don’t think he is a massive up grade on what we have. We need to shop in a different market to progress.Crispywood said:
Either underestimating how good Brannagan is or overestimating how incredibly average our midfield is, from a defensive physical side they’re alright but from a technical side L1 at bestDubaiCAFC said:
He is a good player, but similar to what we have, and not that much of a step up in quality. And he wouldn't be cheap. I think we can get better.Bostonaddick said:
If Oxford were to be relegated, I wonder if they would be tempted to sell Brannigan. May be too much for our budget but would be a definite step up in quality.killerandflash said:We need a better central midfield. Players who still give a sold defensive shield, and work as hard as Coventry and Doc, but who are better on the ball, as we create so little from midfield. I'm not expecting massive flair there, but we do need something a bit better.
Indeed that's where I would have spent some money last summer.7 -
Wonder if will stay up the north for his family or fancy a stint at Gillseastterrace6168 said:Alfie May's available apparently...🙄0 -

Think he will have plenty of L1/L2 options in Yorkshire . Barnsley , Bradford , a return to Doncaster or Rotherham all live options0 -
I said it last year and I hope the January rumours were true, but we should push the boat out for Charlie Savage.
In fact we should have feasted on Reading players in the summer when available at knock down prices before their takeover.
I'm thinking Perreira and Wing too.3 -
Yeah of course... if you support Watford.Crispywood said:

I'm thinking Perreira and Wing too.Jones isn’t going to abandon his principles of players who can’t play out of possession. We all can agree we need players who can play with the ball but it doesn’t mean he’s going to sacrifice the main philosophy what got us into this position in the first place which Savage isn’t great at0 -
Think Doncaster where he started and where his family liveRedvalleyeast said:
