Nothing to say it is. When was the last time it was one per person? The Cup replay v Cray Valley Paper Mills?

I can't see this going beyond phase 7.

I'm looking forward to seeing the usual Valley Gold members, who wouldn't even be in phase 7 without it, whining that they missed out on a ticket when they can't even be bothered to go to Cheltenham.
Going to Cheltenham won't help as the West Ham tickets will have all gone by the time on Saturday, you only get points added after the game has been played.
My point is that there are people on this forum who barely/never go to away games and, with the odd exception, are only interested when we're playing a London derby.

They then whine about how unfair the system is as they couldn't get a ticket when it sells out in the 'OR Valley Gold' stage, despite them only being in that phase as they have VG.

The same people are not going to Cheltenham, but expect to be able to jump the queue for West Ham tickets. A few even pretend that they have gone to more away games than they have to try and gain sympathy.
Spot on, can we stick this at the top of all away ticket threads going forward

@Lurker assuming you want to check before your slot for tickets the only way is to ask valley gold or ticket office to check the marker is set on your cafc account as this is applied manually.

Enquired about Women's matches and they said they have no information on the Women matches. No LP for the men's game but that is quite right too.
The Women's game should be treated as it's own thing and should have a separate loyalty scheme.

I would be shocked if it isn’t . I’m a valley gold member but my son isn’t as he’s at university but he gets to 60-70% of the games .
I won’t be buying just one and go as a  Billy no mates  but I’m sure some people will be pleased about that .

Login to the Shop and put something in your basket, when you got to checkout page it should apply the VG discount if it's been assigned to your account.

That would make the maximum number of points 765 by my calculations.

460 for all of last season's league games
230 for the 26/27 season ticket
50 for renewing before the 5th of June
10 for Chelsea in the FA Cup
10 for Stevenage in the League Cup
5 for Cambridge in the League Cup

Somehow, I'm 10 short even though nothing is missing from my history. Does anybody have 765?

I wouldn’t say this is a logical drop. 460 works out to someone who has had a season tickets for the past 2 seasons and no away games. Yet someone who has had a season tickets for the same length of time and gone to around 5 away games for both of the seasons would still miss out as it’s at 570?

The annoying thing is I’ve gone to over 6 away games a season but I’m stuck on 565 because people will buy the popular games and sell their tickets when they can’t go and it’s not like you can then get the club to give you the points as you’ve purchased it elsewhere because it was “sold out”.
Because of the 50 point early renewal bonus (and assuming everybody went to the Chelsea game), the 570 works out as five away games (or Stevenage in the cup + four aways).

The phases are always worked out based on the number of fans in each tier. Evidently, the difference between 570 and 460 isn't enough to justify additional phases between. Additionally, I don't see it reaching phase 8 so any additional stages are pointless.

Just spoke to the club and they only gave 5 points for the Chelsea game. So that’s why I’m 5 short.

Wanted to say well I did go Hull away but they wasn’t my tickets but from a club connection so I didn’t get points haha

They can't just give 5 points, when it's in print that home cup games are 10 points.

Annoyingly, my points are incorrect and I’m now 15 points below my son, who hasn’t been a game without me, who thinks it’s hilarious 😡

More importantly, it costs me two phases

Try to contact the ticket office. For the 24/25 season, one of our regulars was missing over 100 points. Fortunately, he got it sorted before Wrexham away.
