    I think a few people thought that singing "West Ham away ole ole" last season got them additional loyalty points.

    The end of day we've got a fair system and all know where we are in the pecking order for tickets.

    I’ve got 515 points so it’s unlikely I’ll get a ticket. A pity for me but that’s how it goes.

    So just to be clear, to find the loyalty points, 
    You log into the ticket website and hover the cursor over your initials.
    Which should be in the top right of the screen.

    That doesn't give you the breakdown of how the points have been gained though which is more what I was looking for.

    It was there recently, they seemed to have wiped last season's off. I went to Watford, but the TO says there it's a record for it on my account, god knows where I got the ticket from.

    Same here - the club's notice was to the contrary, but at least they've now clarified the position.

    I must say, I've always been impressed with the ticket office.

    And the beauty of our system is most of our allocations always reach general sale as well. 

    A season ticket holder for the last 2 seasons who has never been away before could potentially very quickly rise up through the phases. Some clubs it’s impossible for fans to even get the opportunity to generate extra loyalty points hence having ballots. A perfectly fair system for us.

    Having a points system is fair enough, and for the regular away travellers it would normally ensure a sell out game they will get a ticket.
    For me it has always been the case of the multiple phases that you have that seems to mislead people.

    Yep, work hard and always had positive engagements in recent years. Had my points corrected now, I’m back up to Phase 3

    None of the bigger upper tier released yet. About half of the lower tier seats gone. The next 4 phases are only 50 points difference from the phase we're at now, not sure how many folk in those groups. Next stage after those is "or Valley Gold". Next stage after that season ticket holders of 2 years.

    I have no skin in the game and will be watching on Charlton TV.

    But for the life of me I don't understand why someone can buy 2 tickets. Surely if you go regularly with a specific group, you will all have roughly the same number of points and could thetefore apply when the person with the lowest number of points becomes eligible. If you don't want to wait for that, apply when you are eligible.

    Its grossly unfair someone can get a ticket for a mate who might have far fewer points than someone who has more points but the available tickets don't stretch down to them.

    One upper tier block now up, looks like hardly any tickets sold.

    They're selling from the top down, lower half not yet opened up, which is a bit crap.
