    I'm phase 4. My lad is phase 6. My daughter is phase 8. 

    I hope it's 2 each as there are probably not that many under 12yr olds who have done as many away games as her in the last two years - I have just forgotten to log them on occasion because of the naff ticketing system where you can't do it when buying.

    Phase 6 for me. Hopefully, I should get a ticket.

    From memory for last season; QPR sold out at Valley Gold stage and Millwall/Watford sold out immediately at 460 points mark.

    Fair play to West Ham for sticking to the £30 PL price cap (for this game at least). They could have raked in way more if they'd wanted

    How do I find how many points I have?
    For the 150th time this year
    Login to the Ticket website, hover the cursor over the your initials on the top right of the screen & the loyalty points are displayed.
    That doesn’t work on a phone.

    How can you find out how many points you have if you’re logged on with your iPhone?

    Really hope they put the lower tier on sale first. Don’t really want the reward for my loyalty being the need to bring binoculars to watch from the upper tier

    Don't know about iphone but on android you just click on your initials and it tells you your loyalty points below your name and email address.

    Your loyalty points should be visible below your email address when using a mobile

    The phases are always worked out based on the number of fans in each tier. Evidently, the difference between 570 and 460 isn't enough to justify additional phases between. Additionally, I don't see it reaching phase 8 so any additional stages are pointless.
    I have 750 points only game missed was Cambridge so also missing 10 points

    You can see your total, but is there any way of going through your history yourself so you can identify discrepancies? As far as I can see, you can’t

    Unfortunately, there isn't.

    Based on the fact that so many people are missing ten points, is it possible that it was five points for cup games, regardless of whether they were home or away last season? Somebody already said that the ticket office said we only got five for Chelsea, so it would make sense that Stevenage was also only worth five points.

    I’ve tried looking at the “History” tab but it only seems to show the CAWFC fixtures for 26/27. I do have a W season ticket too but it’s a bit odd. I’m sure in the past I’ve been able to see the purchased away tickets etc.

    Bought 3 on the west ham site two weeks ago not far from away support, didn't wanna risk the shit show that will ensue with loyalty points.

    Criminal that West Ham has been given a tax payer subsidised statement and then only allocates us 3000 out of 68000 tickets.  EFL rules need looking at, when even the useless FA requires a 10 per cent allocation. The club should tell West Ham give us more tickets or you will only get half of the Jimmy Seed for the return game which is about the same percentage allocation.

    That wouldn't achieve anything. Not only are we required to offer at least a 2,000 allocation but by not offering a full allocation we would just be losing out on ticket revenue. 

    Unless of course we were to sell out the home areas then we'd be able to have the discussion about reducing there allocation to 2,000 but think that would be highly unlikely on a Tuesday night in March and potentially struggling in the league.

    Going to Cheltenham won't help as the West Ham tickets will have all gone by the time on Saturday, you only get points added after the game has been played.
    My point is that there are people on this forum who barely/never go to away games and, with the odd exception, are only interested when we're playing a London derby.

    They then whine about how unfair the system is as they couldn't get a ticket when it sells out in the 'OR Valley Gold' stage, despite them only being in that phase as they have VG.

    The same people are not going to Cheltenham, but expect to be able to jump the queue for West Ham tickets. A few even pretend that they have gone to more away games than they have to try and gain sympathy.

    Yes but all of us who are taxpayers have paid for their stadium - and an allocation of 4% of their seats is incredibly mean.And before anyone asks I've been a season ticket holder for 23 years and have 530loyalty points.

    I know quiet a few already going in home ends,  some were prepared it seems knowing only 3,000 allocated
