'his second touch is a tackle'
    'yellow card minimum a game'
'most of our fans are complete c***s'

i may have made one of them up

I felt at points we was not as street wise as we could of been, almost a little too nice, hopefully with this signing we can become some proper bastards

    Crocked, Millwall tosser. Delighted.

    Skint.
    Cheer up mate
I am fine. Just don't have to agree with every signing. This looks like a shit one, and he's a knob.

Because we've not spent money on backup for Ramsay. But I'm sure if we'd spend 2 million on Glup Shitto from Hadjuk Split to play the exact same role you'd be delighted.
You don't know if Ramsay is staying yet and no? You're just making stuff up/putting words in my mouth, typical CL behaviour 😂

I'm not happy cause he's injury prone, average and Millwall. A fee doesn't matter to me, quality of player does

Looks like he could be a bit of a nasty tw@t. Which is a good thing. A bit like our manager, he’s our tw@t.

And like our manager, he’s adding playings who can give a bit back all over the pitch. Ivan and Big Billy. Even Karlan has an edge to him.

Throw in a bit of genuine quality like Kamara and we could be in for a decent season.

It’s a really interesting one. I completely understand the arguments about needing an income and not wanting to relocate, but at the same time, there is no way I could put on a Millwall shirt and go out and play for that club. I just couldn’t do it.
Luckily for Millwall I’m 55 and stopped playing football five years ago, so they’re not missing out.
How about a season in goal for them?

First defender signed from Millwall since McLeary?
    Alex Mitchell?
One Wall defender in one out today then ;)
This works ok then, because we can’t have too many spanners in the building at one time - it will blow the scumometer on the wall at sparrows lane

I honestly think he'd have been packing for Cambridge United, had Jones not been told the budget has been cut and he received a suprise phone call.

Not a bad signing at all also would be funny if he scored the winner at the den. Good luck DM.
You have as much chance of that happening as swimming across The English Channel in a crombie overcoat.

Wow. Millwall to the core. Strange one
So was Harry Cripps……but he did well for us and we were happy to see him in an Addicks shirt.
    Welcome Danny.

I see he can also cover LB - or has certainly started a lot at champ level there. So can cover a both sides which Curbs would have loved

Good Afternoon Mr Spanner, your views are well balanced and honest.

Is he going to be our new John Humphrey?

John Humphrey? Well as no transfer fee was involved….

Welcome back Danny, sure you will fit right in, seems a bit of negative response from some lifers, but as long as Nathan rates him...good enough for me...

If he puts in the commitment and talent that Harry Cripps brought to Charlton, great, if he turns out like Terry Brisley, lets just forget it.

Bit meh about this signing but at least it’s a sensible length contract and like Grant no transfer fee involved plus he has Championship experience

Millwall so needs to be good and some, like when we signed McLeary over 30 years ago who turned out to be a solid player back in the day for us. Be like him and there won’t any complaints from me

Yes a lot of Millwall fans thought he’d be going to Cambridge or Bromley.
My Millwall mate reckons Blackburn were the front runners and that he turned down an extension to his contract with the Spanners.

Our two most recent signings have 3-400 Championship appearances between them so they have to have something about them at this level.
We've gone from signing Championship cast offs and League One prospects to established Championship players, that is a step up in quality. Maybe not a big one, maybe with many more steps up we still need to make but objectively we are improving the squad, albeit slowly.

Indeed Harry even matched his biggest achievement with us by gaining a second career promotion.

i'm not moaning, i get money is tight (although i am kind of moaning coz our owners are billionaires!!!) but Grant and Macnamara are championship club cast offs - lets hope the real quality starts rolling in asap

Regarding our budget. Do we have a budget that’s at or near the limit of our allowed expenditure or do we cruise below that amount ? If it’s the latter I’d be disappointed and don’t really understand why ?

Harry Cripps was a west ham fan before joining Millwall. Danny Macnamara was born in to a Millwall family and was a season ticket holder before he signed for us as a youngster.
