    Who is Bolasie's agent.....http://www.playersloungeltd.com/players.html

I deserve a Knighthood (even if it's not him)

And also Calum Harriet's agent who was playing in the game they are watching...

    And more worryingly izale McLeod!

  • And Nigel Reo-Coker's, whose a free agent! (on a lot more money than we can afford no doubt)

You would have thought he would be able to spell Callum Harriott's name right though
  • thought I had read Reo Coker had gone abroad, can't remember where

don't think he's signed for anyone yet, although hamburg and fiorentina are the latest clubs to show an interest.

The little bloke over the guy in the white shirts left shoulder won't pass the CL height test.

Not wanting to announce until after the Leicester game?

  • Scott Sinclair to Man City for £5m.
  • Scott Sinclair to Man City for £5m.

Can't see him ever being anything else but a sub there, still I guess he'll be set up for life for sitting on his arse.

Wyn Grant says there are unconfirmed reports that we've had £200k turned down for DNG.
  • hes got that from the SLP
  • Can't believe we would bid 200k for Danny and even more that if we had that Millwall turned it down. Very odd.
  • Why would Millwall turn down 200k? I thought they wanted to let him go on a free/nominal fee and it was more about getting his wages off their books? Apparently not if that's to be believed.
  • http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19318598 - Connor Sammon gone to Derby. Might have missed this but you can't blame me with the 187 pages of Guess Who. Good signing I think for Derby, we was after him for a while before he went Wigan.

Good - what a waste of money that would be. If we have £200k available, I'm sure we could put it to better use than DNG. If he's not good enough to get in the Spanners team he certainly in't good enough for ours. He was an impact sub in L1, that's his level.

SLP reports that we have had a bid of less than 50K for ngussein (spelling ? sorry) turned down. Apparently he is very keen to come here & no doubt it will happen. Very very underwhelming as far as I'm concerned & how disappointing with our signings this summer after the dynamic signings last summer. (ok we've no money, it doesn't make it any less dissappointing). If we sign dng imo it's just a return to the bad old days of sodje/mooney/nouble etc.

I really hope that is not true because once again he would just be an addition to the squad, we are just not improving our first eleven. There must be better out there if we have £200k to spend.

  • Keep the money in our bank rather than buy yet another squad player. That or pay the catering bill.

After the reports of many missed chances at Brum saturday we need to be doing all we can to bring in a decent striker. We can't go thru the season with just BWP & Yann as our only decent strikers with Haynes in the recovery suite & a millwall reserve as our back up!

Not arguing just for the sake of it but would like to get over another point of view regarding this. Firstly can I state up front that I think DNG is or would be a squad player that we don't need provided we are getting in another striker. If not for whatever reason then it might just be worth it. Big lad who doesn't lack for effort and is known by the manager and reportedly wants to come. Just because he's out of favour at the Den it doesn't mean he's not good enough. Many would argue with some vigour that recently departed Paul Hayes was good enough for the championship yet was very out of favour with SCP. I was hoping for a more proven striker but if we have no money which it now appears certain then DNG might not be a bad acquisition.

  • I just don't see the point of NGS, Powell loves a striker doesn't he
  • if we got DNG for 100k I think that would be good business. The way some of you talk about him you'd think he was Mike Small. Thought he played well up front at Preston, but then most of you probably were not there to see it. We have no money, what do you expect?

i wouldnt pay any fee towards DNG.

Any money we have should be used towards wages for a possible loan or free.
  • Get him signed and up front against Leicester. Another ex Fox to haunt his old club with a goal ;-)
  • I think DNG did well for us last year. He scored a couple of vital goals at a key time last year.
