We may actually know each other by sight if not by name.
Good luck to your Grandaughter and the Kent Team in the Final. Would be a good way to start the season - with a Trophy.

Just over 5 an over required. Might be a decent chase to make. Let us know anyway and whether your Grandaughter has an opportunity to contribute in the game too.Dansk_Red said:

Kent 101-0 (Northeast 53* & Key 48*)
A ton opening stand for us - that doesn't happen too often these days.1 -
Me and my big mouth. Northeast out without an addition to the score ;-(Addick Addict said:Kent 101-0 (Northeast 53* & Key 48*)

Wow ! Thanks for the updates, guys.
Am frantically trying to remove my football hat & replace with my cricket one....may take another week or so though.1 -
333-3 Nash out for 126 off 157 balls. Key still there on 122.
Current lead of 48 and would be good if we could have a lead of say 200 by lunchtime tomorrow.0 -
Would indeed, AA but in the same way we say " But this is Charlton..." this is Kent !Addick Addict said:333-3 Nash out for 126 off 157 balls. Key still there on 122.

355-4 at close for a lead of 70.
Key out for the same score as Nash - 126.0 -
Whilst these clips do only have the benefit of one fixed camera, this on eat least gives a flavour of our dominance yesterday. And also how, on a benign pitch, the likes of "England Internationals", Meaker and Dernbach, can look so ordinary.

The most bizarre aspect is Jason Roy coming on first change! Prior to yesterday, the lad had only bowled a total of 36 overs in 36 matches and yet he gets to come on with the ball only seven overs old.0 -
Stevens goes 10 balls into the morning session. 357-5 for a lead of 72.0

Fanny's words coming back to haunt us ;-(

Take comfort in the fact that a lead of 150 is the equivalent of heaven compared to most games.Fanny Fanackapan said:Addick Addict said:Fanny's words coming back to haunt us ;-(

Surrey 12-2 already with a wicket apiece to Bollinger and Claydon. Smith hasn't batted yet which is interesting in itself.0
-
Not holding my breath yet.0
-
32-3 Stevens gets Burns out and still no sign of Smith. Is he ill or injured?0
-
He was looking after his unwell daughter, couldn't open as he didn't take the field in the morning session.0
-
52-4 Ansari stumped off Riley. Smith now in to join Davies.
Surrey still 98 behind ;-)0 -
99-5 Davies out. Smith still there.0

123-6 Smith 26*0
