  • Arsenal at the weekend really did me over. Had them -1 with 4 other games, 50 on, 470 back. Still got 154 back but still .

    Will post up tonights later
  • If every week you put say £25 on a Real Madrid win + Ronaldo to score anytime double, i wonder how much you'd be up over the season? Was looking at his record yesterday, 45 goals in 48 games for Madrid.
  • Still not as good as Paul Benson's 5 in 6 :)
  • £5 on Peterboro, Bury, Port Vale, Rotherham...Return £90

    £5 on Gills, Lincoln, H'pool all to draw...return £185
  • Had a couple of quid on what I thought was a very nicely priced 21/1 accumulator which Barca ruined... Saints, Brighton, Colchester, Peterborough, Chesterfield, Barcelona

and then a good little treble earner lumped on, 2.5/1 Brighton, Saints, Chesterfield, which came in at an aggregate of 12-2!
  • Thought i had Barca in my 15 quid 5 fold but just checked and it came in. Buzzing. 278 back. Will have to post the screen shot tomorrow.

nice one mate, thought there were a couple of clearly underpriced favourites out there tonight in my opinion, e.g. P'boro well above evens at a shocking Walsall, Chesterfield only just below evens at home to a very generous Accrington

    cracking return for you!

    Also had the same treble.
And at half time i placed a bet for there to be 2 or more second half goals in the Saints, Peterborough, Chesterfield and Benfica games.
So along with the Addicks 3 points it's been a good night!

Barca smacked the post in injury time, just seen the highlights, alas you cannot have it all!
  • [cite]Posted By: Nicholas[/cite]For Tonight

    Man Utd -1
    Mk Dons
    Plymouth
    Colchester
    Cheltenham

    Pays about 50-1

done this for a fiver got paid out only £110 because the Cheltenham game was abandoned would have paid £266 otherwise, annoying thing was that Cheltenham were bloody winning aswell

  • ^ Good work, unlucky with the Cheltenham game.

    Basically had;

    Man Utd
    Valencia
Peterborugh (as ISLS said, they were a cracking price last night)
    Southampton HT / FT
    Charlton v Swindon - over 2.5 goals.
  • Get in well done JT what did that pay out? I was going to do Peterboro but there away form has cost me in previous bets so left them out.

It's always the same with me whenever I have sod all money I get these bets in! I might start betting smaller all the time.
  • thinking of having a sort of long shot tonight

    Arsenal
    Chelsea
    B.Munich
    Madrid
    Auxerre
    marselle

    £53 / 1
  • man in the sun says arsenal, chelsea, bayern pays 12/1 @ victor c....seems a very decent price.
  • [cite]Posted By: Nicholas[/cite]Get in well done JT what did that pay out? .

  • backed Spurs to win 2-1 @ 9/1 last night....wasn't impressed in the 89th minute

also only Rotherham let me down in my 5 team acca
  • Picked up a nice little four fold last night and have just had £25 on Sheff Wed for relegation at a nice price.
Seems the takeovers off and admin a possibility before xmas.
  • Arsenal not won in Ukraine in four attempts - might be worth avoiding them as a draw would suffice

What I think. No Fabregas, RVP, Arshavin, Denilson, Song, Vermaelen, Gibbs, Almunia (that may be a bonus though!). Doubts over Nasri. Walcott only just back into the fold. Long long trip to Eastern Ukraine, makes Belgrade look like a sunday morning stroll. Won't be touching Arsenal with a bargepole tonight!

    Roll on a 0-3 demolition!
  • My bets for tonight £!0

B.Munich to win in 90 mins
    Chelsea -1
AC Milan game to have more than 2.5 goals
MSK Zilliana game under 2.5 goals
    Auxurre game under 2.5 goals
Partizan Belgrade game under 2.5 goals

    29/1

  • Much more difficult tonight but will be having a a play.

Chelsea HT/FT will be in there. Madrid maybe.
  • Cluj & Ajax to both win in a double for me tonight. Agree its difficult and too any teams will be happy for draws tonight.
  • Tempted by a quid or two on a very silly 8-fold

    Chelsea -1
    C. Ronaldo score anytime
    Marseille
    Shahktar/Arsenal both score
    Basel / Roma both score
    Cluj / Bayern both score
    Auxerre / Ajax both score
    Partizan / Braga both score

    just under 80/1

Shakhtar are also unbeaten at home in any competition since October 2008.
Arsenal will be happy with a point and i can't see them getting any more than that.
  • Chelsea HT/FT
    Shakhtar v Arsenal - over 2.5
    AC Milan v Real - under 2.5
    Bayern

    Around 10/1
  • whats all this over and under stuff??
  • Goals.

Basically for there to be more than 2 goals (Shakhtar v Arsenal) , or less then 3 goals ( AC v Real)
  • Just seen the Arsenal team... it's on the weak side shall we say with Chamakh and Sagna rested in addition to the above absentees.

Think I may duck out of tonight, my only dead cert is a Chelsea walkover and there's no value at all even on the handicaps unless you go silly above -2. They don't need anything special and will be saving themselves for a crunch game at the weekend.
  • Chelsea need to up their game
  • A barren night tonight then. Quite glad I left it, my silly 8-fold still has some chance but I'm pleased i've left tonight alone so far! Least you're still counting your quids from last night Nicholas / JT!
