    I dont have banking access over the weekend so wont be checking who's paid what etc, im taking the weekend off and to be even more lazy im thinking of taking Monday off - weather dependent - so all hotmail emails etc wont be replied to till then as everything is done on work computer.

    thanks everyone for paying so promptly and for all your kind messages when paying.  I actually enjoy doing stuff like this (work is slow). so keep on pledging.  Off It will be pleased to know that the spreadsheet disappeared again but luckily i had saved to my hotmail and now its saved to disc where im hoping it wont go wrong again either!!
