    Doesn't seem petty to me. You don't say a goal should stand if the ball was only a little bit out of play.

    If there are only certain parts u can change then that's a pretty crap mistake to make
    ANYTHING that involves a taking over/change over is a nightmare for most GB teams....look at our 4 x 100m history !

    i know what you mean but let’s say you don’t give that goal, you don’t get disqualified. they were so much faster than the other team that if that goal wasn’t given we would of been 3 up already and on our way to a win. We wouldn’t be pulled out of the game for that kind of mistake.

    not sure if the above makes that much sense. just feel gutted for the girls, when they were obviously faster and get pulled out for a breach of rules. shame but I realise that’s how it is. they should be given a chance to race again but that’s not how it’s done. still, we got the men and other races to make up for it.

    This is an absolute fucking farce. How can you 'demote' someone if they've done the equivalent of dropping the baton? The Chinese have been 'demoted' (looking at the decision it seems wrong as well - doesn't look like they overlapped anyway) to a silver medal, despite breaking the rules. And the Germans are looking like they've just smashed the world record, despite losing the final. None of the way this is set up makes any sense.

    So they got demoted, but we got disqualified for the same thing? So were we hard done by, or were te Chinese lucky, or were they not breaking the rules anyway? Bloody confusing

    dont tell me what happend. me and my sister tape it, so when we meet up we have a whole day of hollyoaks. i think we got 25 episodes recorded to watch.
