Not sure who "DIGEO" is?Callumcafc said:

Digeo is the digital virtual Poyet manufactured in Roland's electronics factory that will replace Diego next season.CrayAddick said:

True but there have been loads of deals done already and, as with Hamer and Dervite, they just sign a deal as from, or dated, 1st July. We still pay them until 30th June irrespective.seriously_red said:
All contracts run to 30th June - I expect we will see some activity in June - let's hope we like the look of how the squad shapes up.ElfsborgAddick said:Hopefully I am wrong but I reckon Morrison and Poyet will be out of SE7 by the end of next week.
I stand corrected but I think contracts finish on the 31st May, so next week will see a bit of activity.

For info, he was interested in Barcelona, but that can't happen now obviously. Porto were interested but Diego wasn't keen. He was happy playing under Riga.0

We might infer from that, that you don't think he'll stay, which is a great pity.reserves said:For info, he was interested in Barcelona, but that can't happen now obviously. Porto were interested but Diego wasn't keen. He was happy playing under Riga.
Hope he takes a view that he'll play regularly here and with another season behind him, he's bound to get attention from the big boys and can get an even better deal but sadly I think I'm dreaming.

I ain't too convinced we will see Diego again in a cafc shirt tbh

I thought the same from the moment he got into the first team.nth london addick said:I ain't too convinced we will see Diego again in a cafc shirt tbh

Assuming Poyet goes, Cousins will take over his DM responsibilities, so it would make sense to tie Jordan up on a longer contract to avoid the same situation arising in a year's time.3

We didn't really help ourselves by voting him player of the season. Talk about attract even more attention to the boy with a dad who dominated the game. Typical Charlton, even our fans get Charltonised.4

He's got another 2 years on his contract.andynelson said:Assuming Poyet goes, Cousins will take over his DM responsibilities, so it would make sense to tie Jordan up on a longer contract to avoid the same situation arising in a year's time.

Thought it was only suspended while they appeal?Kap10 said:
Why can't that happen? I thought the transfer ban had been reversedreserves said:For info, he was interested in Barcelona, but that can't happen now obviously. Porto were interested but Diego wasn't keen. He was happy playing under Riga.

You are right, although I suppose until the suspension is lifted they can stll bag Poyet.SELR_addicks said:0 -
I had a bevvie before bed last night and in one of my dreams I ended up in an underwater fight to the death with Poyet for some reason. He just wouldn't stop attacking me. He's a pr*ck
I hope he won !1 - Sponsored links:

We're now "interested" in a Congolese CDM, Distel Zola. Would've thought we would only be looking around for players in Poyet's position if he was going to leave. Not looking too promising...0

are we not allowed to have a squad then ?1 -
I'd leave our circus in a heart beat if I was Diego.
May well have signed on by now if he saw the club moving on steadily with Riga and a few key players signing contracts, but this Roland masterplan probably isn't too appealing for a young lad like Poyet looking for a solid base early in his career.1 -
I didn't mean it like that... It's just Cousins can play CDM too and there are 4 young CMs in the academy waiting for their chance, so there is no lack of players in that area. I would have thought Cousins would play in Poyet's position if he got injured or that we might change the formation to not having a CDM. And although Zola has been playing in Ligue 2, I think he's highly rated. He seems like more of a replacement for Poyet than a squad signing.Sir Chrissy said:corkieeeeee said:We're now "interested" in a Congolese CDM, Distel Zola. When I read all that flannel above, I saw it as "an underwear fight"... I was going to ask if this means that you wear only underwear whilst fighting or if you actually have to fling thongs at one another (til death)? I was gonna ask you which it was but I have since re-read your post and realised my own mistake. Sorry for wasting your timeGranpa said:I had a bevvie before bed last night and in one of my dreams I ended up in an underwater fight to the death with Poyet for some reason. Makes getting rid of Riga even more incomprehensible.reserves said:For info, he was interested in Barcelona, but that can't happen now obviously. Porto were interested but Diego wasn't keen. He was happy playing under Riga.

I've previously sent your note to benedict.cumberbatch@sherlock-dreams.com and this was their analysis -Granpa said:I had a bevvie before bed last night and in one of my dreams I ended up in an underwater fight to the death with Poyet for some reason. Your use of the term 'bevvie' suggests that you are a Caledonian, in which case the reliance on 'bevvies' and their purported influence on dreams is entirely predictable, most Caledonians typically rely on alcohol as a sleeping draft. If this is the case then your recollection of an underwater fight is perhaps more disturbing. Typically the underwater scenario might represent some form of wish fulfilment and the fact that young Diego appears in a confrontational aspect would suggest that you have hidden desires for this individual. His aggressive behaviour may also be a form of wish fulfilment on your part.
Don't blame the messenger!!
