RD/KM is trying to get the best deal for our Club and the Tours owner is trying to get the best price for his club, don't see anything wrong with that on either side.

If we have supposed to have already agreed terms with the player and in the latest information also withTours then I can't see why it cannot be completed today or latest tomorrow.

In Hayes' case we picked up Yann and the rest is history, wonder if Delort could have a similar impact.
