Just wondering why people post wickets and score on here. Surely people who are interested will be following it elsewhere like bbc?

    Balham - brilliant.!

CE - you've been watching from start - is it a dodgy wicket?, or just a bit dodgy this morning?.

Not a dodgy wicket as such. But it's a hard pitch & under the cloud, the ball was swinging. Added to the fact that England, actually pitched the ball up at the correct length & it all looked too easy.

    England now 79-2.

Robson bowled, leaving a ball - I'm afraid he doesn't look confident/good enough.
Cook under no pressure, got out hooking.

Ballance & Bell look comfortable (so they'll both now get out - play goes on 'til 7pm).

Punters with tickets for days four and five must be a bit nervous!
  • Ballance really is a fantastic cricketer. A great find by England. Will be Englands number 3 for many years to come

Not really, we have a lead of 8 with 5 wickets left. We are in a considerably better position to them. (As long as we don't collapse of course.)

My comment was meant to be a little tongue in cheek given that they were 8-4 yesterday!

I actually think that if we can cobble 300 or so in this innings we have an excellent chance of winning the match.

A lead of 150 or thereabouts is decent in these conditions.
