That was their 'Les Reed moment'. Now their 'Pardew moment' will hopefully follow...
Reed was sacked on the 24th December, Colin on the 27th December. We had somebody lined up to take over immediately, and to be fair, Pardew didn't do a terrible job in that season, his failings were in the next 2 seasons in the Championship...

It would be amusing if their new man spunked all the parachute money on mediocre players, a la big nose.
Palace must have someone lined up, I can't believe they'll go with Keith Millen until the end of the season, and I can't believe Pardew would go there, I just wonder if they'll eat humble pie and get Pullis back, I sincerely hope not.
Parish seems to be escaping without much critisiscm. It was him who lost Pullis, him who appointed an ageing dinosaur - warnock and him who is morphing into Tango man.
Really can't see Pardew taking it. He has had his problems at Newcastle but has been backed by Ashley and can't see him being sacked anytime soon. Add to that Newcastle are a giant of a Club compared to the Stripey Twats.

with Pardew in charge
They say they don't care about us, but deep down they want to do everything that we have done (apart from the sustained stay in the top flight, obviously)
You can bet the Pardew will do a lot better there than he did here (but that's not hard)
It's nailed on.
Although i'm hoping Kinnear will join his team, get Bolasie's name wrong in an interview and call him 'Bolognese' offend him and a few others so they leave and Pards brings in MCleod as a replacement....

First Simon Jordan and now Steve Parish.
Is there a cloning VAT of posing, preening, in love with themselves tossers hidden beneath Selhurst Park?
If anyone else has a more plausible theory then let's hear it.
The Spanners imploding.
Charlton not playing so can't lose today!
Good day.
What's not to like?
