He's been withdrawn early in a few of the recent games, but I think that is more to do with a muscle injury that kept him out for 2 or 3 weeks. At 18 I'm sure a gig at a local Championship side would be a superb career move for him. Alternatively seeing J Obi Mikel impersonate a Premiership midfielder may persuade him to bide his time.1
