Lord Romford, I have never flagged anyone and my intention is never to do it, but that was a close call. Say what you like about New Order, but no heresy please.

Haha! I knew someone would do it @ken_shabby! It's a bit of a bugbear of mine. Joy Division or, more specifically, 'Love Will Tear Us Apart' has achieved the sort of status amongst many as being 'The Song You May Not Criticise'. Anyone who disagrees is dismissed as a philistine because the great and the good say so and apparently it's very influential. Well, not to me it isn't. I think it's shit. It's dull, his voice sounds rotten to me and I have to turn the radio over if I hear it. I'm sure there are all sorts of reasons why I should like it, but I don't.
As many have said before, it's all about opinions.
Stone Roses - has none of their fans realised that Ian Brown couldn't carry a tune in a bucket. Shameful turn. The Smiths - Utter utter toilet. X-factor/The Voice etc - Music's equivalent to McDonalds.
Ah..Five Star. Reminds me of that awkward moment on "Going Live" when the caller told them they were shite live on air. Can someone find the clip and post it here? Would give me a chuckle.

It was early in the morning when you posted this so I'm just going to assume you were both either sleep deprived or drunk, or both when you posted this. So I'll let this slide.

No, we just disagree on some music.
By the way, what do you mean by "I'll let it slide"? What would you do if you didn't let it slide? Lecture me on your record collection?
