When he was running (I use the term loosely) on those bandy legs the discreet comb over may have come apart a bit!?
Can you imagine in 50 years time, when most of us are long time gone, some bright spark on here will be picking out snap shots of players from this era and expecting CL forumites to be able to name them. The likes of Nego, Lepoint, Onyewu etc etc spring to mind.
@Halix here you go post decimalisation prices. In old money the seats had gone up almost a third by 3/- in 5 years! Outrageous

It is rather sad that you mention this as it is a reminder that those of us who were around in the 70s could actually identify all the fans such were the lack of numbers. Whereas now, with all the comings and goings, I struggle to name all the players!
How many photos can be put on here,either all at once or separately? I have 31 slides taken during a Sunday Open Day in about 1985. Lennie Lawrence era.Once I have scanned them I can put them on.
