But since he got a team promoted and running up £78m of debts he has failed, completely, to step up on the Premier (which is forgivable) then he took Wigan down with parachute payments and some very god players.
The truth is that (ignoring his tasteless texts) he has done nothing to boast about since Cardiff were promoted with a wage bill multiples of ours. He has nothing to lose. If he keeps us up then great, if we go down he walks away like he did from Wigan.
I would be horrified if we appointed him not because of he baggage that comes with him but because I think he'd take us down!

You're apparently having your stomach turned by posts you say you haven't read. So yes, tripe works for me. You've made a simplistic connection that makes no real sense and cited no evidence to support it. If anything I should replace tripe with something a bit harsher, but like I said, this isn't that kind of forum.
If it is Fraeye or Malky, then it is Fraeye for me. Simply don't want him because of his texts, and because he is a busted flush. I would've thought nationalist Scotland would suit him more than a club that has been at he forefront of trying to fight prejudice, and however much he will agree to the job because at least there will be a payoff whatever happens, I can't see his approach to management being accommodated by Duchatelet.

Scotland has a very different youth system to England. The English game has far more money and most clubs (exceptions are Celtic and Rangers) have far more resources than their Scottish counterparts. Because of this the Scottish FA have, over the last four years or so, invested about £15million into their 'Performance system'. The bulk of that money has gone into their school system, whereby approximately 100 boys nationally in each age group are selected to attend one of seven 'Performance' schools across the Country. The system is well resourced with at least one full time Scottish FA coach attached to each of the seven schools. Celtic have a well established School system and Rangers have started their own programme this year.
The FA system is good, but has a number of flaws, the main one being that boys are selected to attend at the age of 11 and a number don't necessarily progress as hoped. A number of parents also choose to send boys to their local school rather than their nearest 'Performance' school.
There are also too many Academies in Scotland, meaning that there is often a lack of quality opposition for the bigger clubs.
Malky Mackay's role will be to develop best practice and streamline the elite youth system. Scotland is a small Country that needs to fully develop their youth in order to try and compete.
